44. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Prices are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations in organic sourcing.
• Payments must be made through our authorized channels: Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad), or approved SSLCommerz gateways.
• GRAM2GHOR reserves the right to cancel orders and issue refunds in the event of technical pricing errors.

55. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability or stock depletion.
• Incomplete or unverifiable shipping addresses.
• Suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.

66. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and vary based on the delivery location within or outside Dhaka.
• Once a shipment is handed over to our third-party courier partners, GRAM2GHOR is not held liable for delays caused by the courier or external factors (e.g., weather or strikes).

77. Returns, Refunds & Claims

To maintain high standards of food hygiene, our return policy is as follows:

• Returns are only accepted for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect items.
• Mandatory Requirement: You must provide a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery/opening to validate a claim. Without video proof, GRAM2GHOR reserves the right to reject refund or replacement requests.
• Issues must be reported to our customer service within 24 hours of receipt.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and activity. GRAM2GHOR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show suspicious or unauthorized behavior.
